Spring Festival

And so the New Year is upon us once more, it only seems like a few weeks since the last one! At midnight in China (4pm GMT), the Year of the Pig (Golden Pig, or Boar) begins. So, to all my Chinese chums – Happy New Year! I’m off to clean the house and make some dumplings!
